My Hot and Spicy Guacamole
2 Avocados, peeled, seeded and sliced into a large bowl
1/4 large Sweet Onion, finely diced
1 large Jalapeno pepper, finely diced
1 Serrano pepper, finely chopped
1/3 Cucumber, peeled and finely diced
1 Roma tomato (needed using up) and 1/2 regular Tomato all diced.
1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
Fresh Cilantro (about a quarter cup packed) finely chopped
Fresh Parsley (about a quarter cup packed) finely chopped
Cumin - a generous sprinkling
Mexican Chile Powder - a generous sprinkling
Cayenne Pepper Powder - a generous sprinkling
1 Lime - freshly squeezed into the mixture
Mix
Chill
EAT!
